a Special Focus on Deoxynivalenol (DON) in Dublin, Ireland, on September
10-12, 2003. The workshop will cover the complete range of issues
surrounding trichothecenes in food, including sampling, analysis,
storage, processing, exposure assessment, toxicology, surveillance,
mold growth, and trichothecene formation. The objective is to establish
a basis for risk assessment and to develop preventive strategies.The
